Challenge 4 - Things With Wings

Jane here again to introduce this fortnight's challenge to you, and this time we'd like your stamped work to feature Things (or A thing!) with Wings. Don't forget you must include some stamping, and  must not use digis anywhere on your work.

We'll be picking a top three who will join the top three from our previous challenge to be in with a chance of winning our monthly prize of a $15 voucher from Alleystamp.

First of all, let's have a look at what our guest designer has come up with.  Thank you for joining us Samantha Brooks and for getting out your rubber and inks, we know how busy you are.   In fact Samantha is so busy she has not updated her own blog for ages... but you can see a lot of her more recent work at her own challenge site Glitter and Sparkle.

And now on to the team's inspiration

October Winner

Hi it is time to announce our overall October winner.    As a team we looked at the Top 3 from both October challenges and from those we chose our first winner.  If you would like the opportunity to be our November winner challenge 3 Destinations still has a couple of days to run.

The winner receives a $15 voucher for our wonderful sponsor Alleystamp.  There is a great range of products some only available in America at the store, if what you want is not in stock just ask and the lovely Janine will get it for you.  All you have to do is choose what you want and pay the postage, oh and UK people I think the $ has just dropped a little in value so it gets even better for you!

Onto the winner then.   She is an old friend of ours from our Twofer time, and she jumped right back in on our first challenge with a lovely card, congratulations Sue you are our October Winner.  To claim your prize please send me an email (zoechaos@icloud.com) with the subject AUR winner and an indication of where you live, you have 2 weeks to claim your prize unclaimed prizes are forfeit.   The reason we ask where you live is so that Janine mark the parcel so you should not get charged duty and those ridiculous royal mail admin fees, we cannot guarantee it but we do try.

Challenge 3 - Destinations

Welcome to our third challenge. Jane here today - I chose our theme for this fortnight, which is Destinations. So we are looking for something connected with a place - maybe a city or country, or a generic place such as the countryside, the mountains or the seaside. In fact, just think about anywhere you might travel to or send a postcard home from.

Don't forget that to qualify for a top 3 place or our monthly prize from Alleystamp, you must include some stamping, using rubber or polymer stamps, on your work, and not include any digitally generated material. So switch off that computer and go and get inky! (But not until you've taken a look at our inspiration, of course)

First of all, here is the inspiration from our lovely guest designer: Nana Connie who's fabulous work can be seen on her blog.  Nana Connie will be known to many of you she is on several design teams and a regular entrant to many challenges as well as Tuesday List Manager at Challenges for Days.   Thank you for finding the time to make this wonderful inspiration piece for us.

And here is what the regular team have created:

Now let's see what YOU can come up with!
